Please ensure the following club rules are met when using the lake. These are provided for your safety and to ensure the lake and fish are kept healthy.
All lake users must be in possession of a valid Environment Agency rod license
Only the named individuals whose details were provided at the time of booking are allowed on site
A maximum of six anglers may fish the lake at any point in time
A maximum of twelve rods may be used in total at any point in time
No dogs or other pets are allowed on site
No litter, including cigarette butts and tea bags
No jokers or blood worms
No braided main lines
Only Carpdell Fishery landing nets, slings and mats may be used. These are provided free of charge
Rods are not to be left unattended
Bait boats may be used. No other form of boat or dinghy is permitted on the lake.

Fishing is only permitted from designated swims and stalking runs
Lake users may not enter the areas of the property marked ‘Private’ other than to use the specified path between the car park and the lake.
No radios or other public music players
All lake users are required to record their catches accurately
All fish caught must be returned to the water alive. Anglers must take every precaution to ensure that fish are handled correctly and for the minimum amount of time whilst out the water
No fixed leads or bent hooks
Lake facilities, including the toilet, shower and clubhouse, are to be left in the same condition as on arrival
The management reserves the rights to refuse admission to anybody and their decision is final
The management does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage or injury that may occur on the property
Any infringement of the rules will result in an immediate ban and the non-return of any monies paid
